Yes. We provide free on-site estimates for all services. We come out to the property, assess what the job involves, and give you a written estimate before any work begins. There’s no obligation and no charge for the estimate.
Yes. We work on both. Some of our clients are clearing a single residential lot. Others are developing multi-acre parcels or building roads and ponds across large rural properties. The project scope doesn’t change our approach — we assess each job on its own merits and give you an honest estimate.
We primarily accept cash, check and credit cards. If you have a question about payment options for your specific project, just ask when we talk.
We operate Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can call at 903-467-5353 during those hours.
Yes. We offer special discounts for active-duty military, veterans, and first responders. Please mention your service status when you call and we’ll make sure it’s reflected in your estimate.
Scheduling depends on current project load and time of year. We’ll give you a realistic timeline when we provide your estimate. We don’t make promises on start dates we can’t keep — if we can’t get there when you need us, we’ll tell you that upfront.
Yes. We work on residential land, rural acreage, and commercial development projects. The type of project determines the equipment and approach, but we handle both.
Not much is required. If you know of any underground utilities on the property, having that information handy is helpful. If you have property boundaries marked or a survey on hand, that’s useful too. Otherwise, just be available to walk the property with us and describe what you’re trying to accomplish. We’ll ask the questions we need answered.
